I’m excited to announce that I’m now offering Health & Wellness Coaching!
As you may or may not know, I’ve been teaching nutrition and cooking classes for many years, but decided a couple years ago that I wanted to serve you in a new way.
I completed my certification and became a Certified Health & Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches School of Coaching – the premier coaching school in the U.S. I also completed my certification as a Lifestyle Medicine Coach with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
You may wonder, “What exactly does a Health & Wellness Coach do and how can Emily help me?”
Health and wellness coaches help clients make positive and lasting changes to their health. Coaching is about having an accountability partner who will support and encourage you when change feels hard.
I help guide clients through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, develop a healthy mindset and healthy habits, and support them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals.
I specialize in weight loss for women through incremental changes including a whole food, plant-based diet, physical activity, stress reduction and a positive mindset.
